Here’s a couple of 4-1/2 ft, paracord leashes I made for a customer. The main body of the leash uses a round, 8-strand gaucho braid and the handle is from Ashley’s Book of Knots #2996, an 8-strand double-edged flat braid. The knots at the handle are 7×6 THK with a pineapple interweave and the knots at the clasp are 8-strand Matthew Walker knots. BTW, the blue on the knot of the black and blue leash looks a little darker because I had just finished steaming it to tighten it up and it wasn’t completely dry when I took the photo.

This order actually turned into a trio. After the customer saw the first two he ordered a 3rd, same style and size, in black and green.
