Whip #49 is a 3-foot Bullwhip with a barber pole pattern in whiskey and natural kangaroo. It has a twisted-tapered core, a single belly, and an 8-plait overlay. the handle is built around a 1/4-inch x 8-inch spring steel rod. the fall is 18 inches of latigo. The heel foundation is lead and leather.  The heel is a 5×4, 3-pass Turk’s head knot and the transition knot is a 5×4, 2-pass THK.
