Whip #97 is a 9-foot 20 plait bullwhip in emerald green paracord with 3 plaited bellies around a twisted-tapered core. The handle is built around a 12-inch long 3/8″ spring steel rod. It has a 3-strand English eye fall hitch, a 32-inch twisted-tapered fall, and a 10-inch cracker. The whip is waxed. The wax really darkened the paracord and as it was cracked, the whip took on a camo-like patina. I think it will lighten as it is used. The heel knot, transition knot, and the fall are the only actually black parts.
